The service

Club Intelligence is an advisory workspace operated by North Sea Ventures ("NSV") that helps football clubs build commercially self-sufficient operations: assessments, best-practice checklists, implementation plans, and related tooling. Access is by invitation under a club engagement agreement; these terms govern use of the platform itself.

Accounts and access

Accounts are personal and invite-only. Club users sign in via email link; NSV staff via Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. NSV may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the platform. Which modules an organization can use is determined by its plan with NSV.

Your data, our content

Data your club enters remains the club's: on request, NSV provides a complete export and deletes the environment. The platform's methodology: assessments, checklists, best-practice content, benchmarks and designs, is NSV's intellectual property and may not be reproduced or resold outside your engagement.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other organizations' data, probe or overload the platform, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Demo environments are illustrative; their figures are not commitments or advice.

No professional-advice warranty

The platform supports decision-making; projections, benchmarks and suggestions are estimates, not guarantees of revenue or regulatory compliance. Decisions taken on the basis of the platform remain the club's own.

Liability

The platform is provided with reasonable skill and care but without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, NSV's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the club for the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
