Who we are

Club Intelligence is operated by North Sea Ventures ("NSV", "we"), the controller for personal data processed on this platform. Contact for privacy matters: privacy@clubgrowth.co.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, and for NSV staff the basic profile shared by Google sign-in (name, email). Club workspace content: the assessments, plans, notes, contacts and datasets your club chooses to enter. Quote requests from the partner network: club name, contact name, email and message. Preferences: language, theme and display settings.

Why we process it

To provide the advisory workspace you or your club contracted for (performance of contract); to secure the platform, including invite-only access control (legitimate interest); and, only where you separately agree, to send commercial communications (consent: recorded and revocable).

Where it lives

All platform data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Hosting is provided by Vercel. NSV staff authenticate via Google. These processors act under their own GDPR data-processing agreements.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: your sign-in session and your selected club. Display preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data are kept for as long as the account or club engagement is active. When an engagement ends, the club can request a full export (provided as JSON) and deletion of its environment.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, restriction or erasure of your personal data at any time via privacy@clubgrowth.co. Erasure removes your account, invitations, preferences and consent records. You may also complain to your supervisory authority, in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We will update this policy as the platform evolves and note the date above. Material changes are communicated to signed-in users.
