# Sponsor Pitch Deck Outline (10 Slides)

*One-line purpose: a repeatable 10-slide structure for pitching any local or regional sponsor, with talking points per slide.*

## How to use

Duplicate this outline for each prospect and personalise slides 2, 7 and 8 — a generic deck loses local sponsors. Keep the meeting to 20 minutes of presenting and 20 minutes of listening. Bring the rate card figures but only show the packages relevant to the prospect's budget band.

**Prospect:** [COMPANY NAME]
**Contact:** [NAME, ROLE]
**Meeting date:** [DATE]
**Presenter:** [NAME, ROLE]
**Target package:** [PACKAGE / AMOUNT €]

## Slide 1 — Cover

- Club crest, prospect logo side by side, one line: "[CLUB NAME] x [COMPANY NAME] — a partnership proposal."
- Talking point: thank them for the time; one sentence on why you approached *them* specifically.

## Slide 2 — Why we came to you

- 2-3 bullets on the prospect: their market, their customers, one recent company milestone you researched.
- Talking point: show you did homework. "You opened your third branch in [TOWN] — our fanbase is exactly that catchment."

## Slide 3 — The club in numbers

- Average attendance: [NUMBER]. Season tickets: [NUMBER]. Social followers: [NUMBER]. Email database: [NUMBER]. Community programme participants: [NUMBER].
- Talking point: position the club as a media and community channel, not a charity case. Never apologise for size — 2,800 people, 19 times a season, is real reach.

## Slide 4 — Our fans are your customers

- Fan profile: age bands, geography (postcode heat map if available), family share.
- Talking point: match one fan segment to the prospect's target customer explicitly.

## Slide 5 — The season ahead

- Sporting ambition, key fixtures, planned events (family days, tournaments, venue events).
- Talking point: sell momentum — what is new this season that makes now the right time.

## Slide 6 — What partnership looks like

- Photo-led slide: LED board, shirt, hospitality lounge, social post mock-up with THEIR logo composited in.
- Talking point: let them see themselves in the club before any price appears.

## Slide 7 — Your proposed package

- One package, itemised: assets, quantities, season term. Show the bundle value vs. list price.
- Talking point: anchor with the full-list value, then present the bundle price [AMOUNT €]. One option, not a menu — offer alternatives only if they push back.

## Slide 8 — Activation ideas

- 2-3 concrete activations: e.g. "[COMPANY] Family Matchday", discount voucher on ticket stub, staff five-a-side at the stadium.
- Talking point: this is where local sponsors decide. Ask: "Which of these would land best with your team?"

## Slide 9 — How we prove it works

- Quarterly fulfilment report sample: impressions, photos, social stats, leads generated.
- Talking point: "You will get a report every quarter showing exactly what you received." This differentiates the club from every other local sponsorship ask they get.

## Slide 10 — Next steps

- Three lines: 1) Agreement draft within [X] days. 2) Assets live by [DATE]. 3) First activation on [DATE/FIXTURE].
- Talking point: ask a closing question — "If the numbers work, is there anything else you would need to say yes?" Then agree the follow-up date before leaving the room.
