# F&B Peak Service Checklist

*One-line purpose: a pre-match and half-time checklist that keeps kiosk queues short during the two windows where the club makes most of its food and drink revenue.*

## How to use

Run the pre-match section at H-4 and the readiness check at H-0:30; the half-time window is won or lost before the whistle. Staff to your forecast, not to habit — attendance forecast divided by [X, e.g. 250] gives your till count. After the match, record the numbers in the performance log so staffing and stock levels improve every fixture.
